4 Bedroom House in Continental Reserve, Tucson

View Sombrero Peak as you lounge by the pool/hot tub/fire pit, cook on the gourmet grill or relax under the covered patio. This peaceful, newly decorated 4 bedroom home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with open desert views, beautiful sunsets and excellent bird watching from your back yard.
A spacious master suite with king bed, full bath and large walk in-closet is on the lower level. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds (one with queen and twin) and a large loft which includes a sectional/ottoman and a 50 inch LED TV with DVD player. There is also a full size futon in the living room.
As you enter, to the left is a den/sitting area with a queen size futon, many games and books. To the right, a championship pool table adorns the family room, with a table for games. There is also a foosball table to enjoy.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops with service for 12. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen bar seats 3. Wireless internet is also available.
A challenging hiking trail on Sombrero Peak is within walking distance. You will be near 2 major grocery stores, many restaurants, pizza places with children's play areas, horseback riding stables and close on/off to Interstate 10. Just 25 minutes north of the Tucson airport and 20 minutes to the University of Arizona campus. A new outlet mall just opened in 2017 and it is less than 5 miles away!!
You will also be just a short drive to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios through the scenic Saguaro National Park, 3 miles to the Pines golf course, and within 5 - 15 miles of many other courses – including Dove Mountain. The entire downstairs carpet was replaced in October 2017 with wood look porcelain tile!

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs. The location was optimal for our cycling. We did a lot of miles on Gates Pass, Mt. Lemon, Kitt Peak and many other routes. Grocery stores, bike shops and food are all short distances. The house was super private and comfortable. The hot tub and drill were heavily used. We would love to come back again next year.

Summary: We have stayed in this home for six years. It is spacious, well decorated and has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked and has a lovely back porch and grill.Check in is super easy and the hosts are excellent! Highly recommended!!!

Summary: We set up a family trip and couldn't be happier with the place, its bigger than the pictures would lead and the pool is fantastic. Get wood, the firepit is great too. Our group ranged from toddlers to grandparents and everyone had a great time.

Summary: Where do I start, the property far exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and very clean, my family was very impressed. You know, usually when you leave Dad to make the reservations things usually don't go well, But this property made made look like I know what I was doing. We had more then a enough room to move around, with plenty of areas to play games and assemble puzzles. We did use the pool table and foosball table for family game nights, which we never did before,and this showed how competitive the family can be. The backyard was beautiful and made for a great location to watch the sunsets, and when the sun was down the hot tub made for a great location to star gaze. The neiborhood was very clean and well taken care of, with the next door neibor even inviting us over for fireworks to bring in the new year. The location of this rental made it very easy to get to all the locations we traveld to, with the highlight of our trip being the rental of Side by Sides to view the mountains up close, I highly recommend doing this. But would totally unnderstand if you wouldn't want to go out and enjoy this property. Jerry and Kathy were awesome, we didn't think we would be heating the pool because we propably weren't going to be using it, but after looking at the back yard, we wanted to enjoy this back yard as much as possible and Jerry and Kathy were able to do this for us, right after payment. I would highly recommend this property for your next family vacation.

Summary: This was our second time using this property. It's a great place for a family gathering. The highlights of this home for the kids was the pool and the fooseball table.The pool was heated and the water was very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful as well. The adults like it for the space and quiet neighborhood. If you have questions or issues, Kathy is quick to respond.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying here in a very convenient location. Floated in the pool daily and watched the birds. Kathy and Jerry were very accommodating with our check in and out time due to delayed flights. Master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and tv.
